two balances, one wallet. allowance is always consumed first.

- allowance · $IWTF — recurring daily credit from your on-chain $IWTF balance. linear formula, hard cap, no rollover.
when both balances hit zero, the api returns 402 payment required with top-up instructions.

holding $IWTF grants a credit allowance each window. the formula is simple and capped — no tier gaming, no rollover.
example: 1,250 $IWTF → $2.00 allowance this window (under the $5 cap). unused allowance resets when the window ends.
